Oct. 2025: The District is once again partnering with the Blanco County Conservation Initiative to support BCCI’s 2025 “Best Practices Art Contest.” This year’s theme is “Land and Wildlife.” Artists are invited to showcase Blanco County’s natural heritage and highlight best practices for its protection for a chance to win a $2,000 first prize. Both adult and student divisions are available. Entries may be submitted in person from October 15–31 at the Blanco Library or the BPGCD office during regular business hours.
