Aug. 2025: Director Robert A. “Bob” Reed, Jr. retired from the BPGCD Board in late August 2025 after a decade of elected service. At the August 26 Board meeting, Board President Jimmy Klepac presented Bob with a plaque and commended him for serving Precinct 4 with unwavering loyalty, devotion, professionalism, and an open mind. President Klepac highlighted Bob’s willingness to listen to all perspectives and his support for Board decisions, even when he disagreed. A committee has been formed to recommend a candidate to fill the remaining year and a half of Bob’s term, with Directors set to vote on the replacement at the Board’s October meeting.
